So here is a guide.
Meditation here is about resetting this "concept of separation" and recognizing and feeling that we are part of the universe,
and to bring out our innate capacities.

Why do we need "13 chakra's meditation"?
It is important to actually understand this in writing.
So here is a guide.
Meditation here is about resetting this "concept of separation" and recognizing and feeling that we are part of the universe,
and to bring out our innate capacities.
There are many chakras, not just 13. Here are the 13 chakras that are easiest to find and most closely related to our daily lives.
What are chakras in the first place?
Underground there is magma. It erupts to the surface due to convection currents and other factors. That is volcanoes.
By erupting magma, it exchanges thermal energy with the outside world.
Humans also have energy in their blood, muscles, consciousness, etc.
These also gather and form a "volcano" where they exchange energy with the outside world.
This is the chakra, and it is a very material state of being. You can feel it.

It is like stepping up from the world of Newtonian mechanics to quantum mechanics.

From the world of address, age, and occupation, you feel the world of earthlings, cosmic life forms, souls, and consciousness.
Guidance to images: If there are anxious feelings in the mind, try to bring everything back to space. New light enters the space.

Perception of time and space. The world of the soul and the world of matter. The fact of being a soul. Imagining the existence of intention without a physical body.
Guide to imagery: isn't the world of five senses and four dimensions just a part of the world of many senses and many dimensions?
Animals and plants actually have senses that humans do not. And I am sure you have many senses, too.

The relationship between the universe and the earth, the universe and human beings. All are one.
Imagine the possibility of having organs inside and outside the body that are connected to the universe.
Guiding imagery: sense the possibility of alienation (boundaries) with the universe being created by one's own concepts. In other words, if you reset that concept, you will realize that you are already connected. At first, you will "feel" it.

Energy of the sky : indigo
Seeing the truth from a larger perspective (Universal). Seeing the earth from space. Our mission as human beings from the perspective of the universe.
The feeling of coming from the spiritual world to experience the material world. It may be like going to the movies. You want to concentrate on the movie world with a big screen and loud sound.
then I hear someone beside me saying, "This is just a movie. Why are you crying? I don't want to be told "Why are you crying?"
Guid to imagine : the presence of heartlessness, indifference (emptiness, vanity), enthusiasm, and vitality. Stillness and motion, light and shadow. The world of dynamics.
The sky is a symbol of harmony. No desire, no delusion, no anxiety. It is the gateway to the universe.
The connection between the physical body and the material universe. The connection between the soul and the spiritual world. Its fusion point.

~ Contact with Air Vibration Waves Frequencies ~
Energy of wind : Turquoise
Soulmate. Mission. Destiny through human encounter.
Imagine that words are the transmission of "non-physical intentions" by "body consciousness" using sound (air swell) = "air swell channeling."
In other words you are already doing wave channeling. If you are seeing and perceiving letters, you are channeling through the wave motion of light. I am sure there may be many other ways of channeling.
Guided imagery : a sense that the sky and the universe are higher and the body and the stars are lower connected.

~ Contact with the Soul ~
Energy of plant's love : Pink
Love embraced. A heart full of contentment.
It is a place to make contact with an alien spirit and more.
The brain is the CPU, as in a computer. Memory is memory. The body is an important part with its own role.
What is the heart?
It is the user who operates the computer.
If the computer breaks down, you will not be able to access the Internet. That is called death.
But the user is alive. They just lose access to the Internet world.
There are probably people around you who can access many things without a computer.

~ Essence ~
Energy of power stones(mineral) : Green
Soul growth. Love yourself. Another self = essence, instinct, inherited DNA from time immemorial.
Guiding image: intuition (instinct) = universal intention, sense of its potential.
For example, is the lion evil? From a zebra's point of view, it would be evil. But from the grass's point of view, zebras are evil and lions are righteous.
With only light, it is difficult to prove its existence. When you create shadows, light is very much emphasized.

~ Energy of Soul ~
Photosynthesis (harmonized life activity) and water (move and lubricate among living bodies) : Yellow
Enjoy yourself. Enjoy the earth. Imagine the infinite cycle of consciousness (soul) transforming itself with or without a physical body.
For example, water = vapor = ice. 70% of the body is water, breathing is vapor, and sherbet is part of the body.
Let's say, for example, that the ecosystem has been altered by chemicals created by humans. That is highly undesirable and needs to be remedied. That is what we are working for.
But in the ultimate theory, humans are also made of nature. What man makes from that nature is also nature.
Robots made by man are also nature.
From the perspective of planetary fusion reactions, there is no boundary between artificial and natural.

Energy to Conserve Fre : Orange
Conserve life's nutrition. Action. Question = interesting. Instinct that will keep seeking (playing a soul's glowing up game).
Source of ancient physical strength.
In fact, the gut is home to many bacteria.
It may be a consequence, but it protects the host, the human being.
Many humans live on the earth....
Your body is alive with many cells and microorganisms. Gather their power here. Have an image of the second chakra becoming hot.

Energy of Fire : Red
Circulation of life and mystery of the earth world. Source of life. The human world is only possible with a life = thrilling experience of a bodied world. Live and let live = in harmony as much as possible.
Guidance to the image : No one is interested in a movie where nothing happens, or in a game where the objective is already achieved from the beginning.
At the beginning we are weak, we have nothing. To grow from there, we pay money to buy games.
From the spiritual world of fullness to the material world of mystery, you may have come.

~ Earth is the Stars , Stars are the Universe ~
Energy of Soil (Growth) : Ground color
The earth was formed from the dust of the universe. As energy comes from the universe to the earth (earth). To become one. Earth is also one of the stars of the universe.
Suggestion for imagery: Feel the soles of your feet and move them slowly and repeatedly, alternating one by one, or put both feet together and feel the earth (the mass of the earth) and root yourself in it until the core of the earth is assimilated into you.
When the boundary between the earth and the soles of your feet disappears, you will feel as if you are the earth itself.
The earth is the earth. The earth is the stars. The stars are the universe, and you can feel that you are the universe itself.

~ Treatment ~
Energy of Wind : Wind color
Healing, kindness. Compassion for others. Loving others. Being lubricated.
Image guide: Breathing in the palm of your hand. Feel the heat.
Music Guide: Start feeling with the right hand and change to the left hand when the tune changes in the middle of the song. A sound like a Chinese gong is a signal.
When you get used to it, gather heat in both hands and make a ball. Small at first. As hot as possible.
The energy ball, and your hands that make it, are already overflowing with healing energy.

13 Solar Plexus (Soul Star)
~ the Universe ~
Energy of the Sun : Sun color
Fill up with the sun energy. Imagine a movable particle-conditioned undulation (light).
This may be the first feature of this guide. It is linked to the soul star. In other words, the solar plexus seems to be commonly referred to as the soul star.
So it seems that the soul star is often referred to as the solar plexus.
However, it seems less common to talk about the outer energy bodies of the body.
If we were to indicate the location of the solar plexus, it would be like a layered hierarchy around the physical body. Let's call it an etheric body.
If one were to separate one's body and consciousness (soul) from the outside world, it would be simpler to say that this outer layer is the boundary.
In reality, however, the boundary does not exist and is very vague. In this light, separating oneself from the rest is actually a vague delimitation.
Isn't the important thing to recognize the existence of the energy that surrounds our outer self?
I won't go into the details of the layered hierarchy of what we call the etheric and astral here. That would be a long story.

14 Spiritual Waves

Energy of light : light color
Recognize again that what it is to be one of the universe and be in one as light. Harmony, Love, Appreciation, Pleasure, Memory.
A principle of universal existence ( a repetition of nothing and existence).
Imagine a quiet non-space-time undulation (consciousness).
Music guide : It is returning back from 13th to 2nd songs used by the main sound in each song. The sound of bells made mostly by the singing ball(harmony sound).
Imagine it is like time goes back with lots of memories and comes back to "emptiness(the utmost harmony)", when noticed.
